Ms. Schreur has served as a mortgage underwriter for global lenders including J.P. Morgan Chase (formerly Bank One) and Wells Fargo for over 18 years prior to joining NCC. Her specific experience includes FHA/FHLMC/GNMA and VA loans. Programs include Prime and Subprime, Correspondent and Wholesales Divisions, as well as Jumbo, HARP, HAMP/Loss Mitigation. Training and work experience include evaluating the borrower’s creditworthiness by fully analyzing credit history and payment patterns, ability to repay the debts by assessing a combined income, employment and debt history and stability in all three areas. Other skills include evaluating appraisals for the subject and investment property to determine if the subject property meets loan-to-value guidelines and collateral valuation standards. Previous job functions include Senior Underwriter to lower level underwriters, Team Leader and Second Level Reviewer for Loss Mitigation program with Wells Fargo for seven years. Ms. Schreur is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation with Zuni Pueblo heritage.
